Caldwell home values have gone up 13.1% over the past year and Zillow predicts they will rise 7.3% within the next year.

Just west of Nampa and about 25 miles from Boise, sits Caldwell. Known for its annual Caldwell Night Rodeo, the area has a bit of an “Old West” feel to it that almost hides the fact that it is also known as wine country. 

Still relatively rural, Caldwell has experienced growth in the last several years, although it hasn’t been quite as drastic as other surrounding areas. Once known for its mines of gold, Caldwell is still a bustling economy with excellent prospects for growth, but a steady-priced housing market that makes this an ideal spot to explore.
